On the device home screen, tap Tasks.
Use the on-screen keyboard to enter the trailer number, then tap OK.
Once the trailer is added, the device will prompt you to perform a pre-trip inspection. If there are no defects on the trailer, tap No Defects and submit the inspection report by tapping Safe to operate on the next screen.
Once the pre-trip inspection has been completed, the screen will display your current trailers. You may add another trailer if desired, or tap X next to the existing trailer to remove it.
Adding Shipping Documents
On the Tasks screen, tap Shipment Documents.
Tap Add to add a shipment document.
You will be prompted to name your document. Tap OK once finished.
The screen will display your current documents, including the newly added document. Tap Add to add further documents if desired, or X to remove a current document. Tap Done when finished.
On the Tasks screen, tap Supporting Doc. Here you are able to generate or view your supporting documents.
To add a supporting document, tap Generate Supporting Documents.
Enter the Activity type on the following screen, then tap Generate to print a slip with the provided information.
Once completed, you will get a confirmation message saying that the document was created along with its assigned number. Tap Ok when finished.
