Conflicts can occur in case a driver a driver logs into two vehicles at the same time, or, if the driver appears to have done so because the logout information has not reached the web portal from one or more devices. To view Driver conflicts, select Conflicts under the ELD tab on the left of the portal. Here you can filter by driver and date range, then select Apply Filters.
If a conflict is shown, review your driver’s logs and refer to the section on logbooks edits for help with any needed corrections.
