To find where your vehicles are currently located, first you must log into your RoadLog portal. From the Welcome page, you will want to click the option on the left side of the web page that says “Maps.”
After clicking this option, you will be taken to a web page that has a map, as well as your vehicles listed below the map. If you would like to search for specific vehicles, click the “Select Vehicle(s).
You will see all your vehicles listed in the window that pops up. You can either scroll through the pages to find the vehicles you are looking for, or you can search for a vehicle by the Vehicle ID, Plate Number, VIN, Make, and/or Model of the vehicle. Click the checkbox next to the vehicles you would like to locate, and then click the “Select” button.
Next to the “Select Vehicles” search box you will also see three more options in which you can narrow down your search: moving vehicle, stopped vehicle, or vehicles with reported issued during their pre or post trip inspections.
After selecting the desired options, click on “Apply Filters” to show the vehicles on the map. Moving vehicles will be shown with a green bubble, stopped vehicles will be shown with a red bubble, and vehicles with issues will be shown with a black bubble.
If you wish to reset the parameters in which you searched for your vehicles, you can select the “Reset Filters” option.
