Open Sync App and insert Driver key – if Sync failed you can access the logs by clicking on “View Details”
Re-assign Driver key to driver by selecting “Key Assignment” > then Assign.
This should resolve syncing issues - IF NOT proceed to step 3.
Open “Windows Explorer” and locate the driver key location.
Rename the “DRIVER” folder to “DRIVER_OLD”.
Create a new folder named “DRIVER”.
Open Sync App and retry to Sync the Driver key.
